MoU Between JNTUGV and UGC- Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre 

1. Purpose:
The MoU aims to enhance the capacity of faculty members and research scholars by organizing joint events such as seminars, webinars, conferences, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and training sessions.
2. Key Points:
• Events will be conducted on a no profit, no loss basis.
• Specific details of each event will be formalized through collaboration letters, which will be binding.
• Nominal certification and LMS charges will apply, but no registration fees will be charged to participants. Event costs must be borne directly or through sponsorships.
3. Responsibilities:
• Event design, quality assurance, and overall coordination for smooth execution.
• Provision of participation/completion e-certificates with unique IDs.
• Technical input for sessions and modules.
• Administrative support and program organization.
• Creation of program reports and documentation.
• Publicity, assurance of participation, and adherence to conditions specified in collaboration letters.
• Coordination and cooperation for effective event management
