MoU Between JNTUGV and Centre of Excellence in Maritime & Shipbuilding (CEMS)
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Gurajada Vizianagaram (JNTUGV) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Centre of Excellence in Maritime & Shipbuilding (CEMS) to foster industry-academia collaboration. This partnership aims to enhance student skills in maritime and shipbuilding technologies through specialized training programs, workshops, and hands-on experience.
By leveraging CEMS’s state-of-the-art infrastructure and expertise, JNTUGV seeks to equip students with industry-relevant knowledge, promote research in maritime innovation, and create career opportunities in the growing maritime sector.
Building on Their Respective strengths,the institutions will explore mutually beneficial,joint
And collaborative endeavours,including,but not limited to the following
1.academic and executive education programs.
2.resource-sharing of faculty,facilities and industry/domain experts
3.Advisory,consulting and research projects.
4.Exposure visits for aspirants of advanced and practice-oriented learning
5.Knowledge events such as conferences,seminars,workshops.
6.Other initiatives of common focus and converging interests
